Excellent, professional service. Quick, responsive. Accurate. Good value. Before starting, I also phoned some competitors- Microsystems just seemed more organised, professional and responsive. Queries were answered immediately (none of this "someone will get back to you in 2 days stuff"). They totally understood my office's needs. After we did a quality assurance check on the documents, they even came back again and picked them up to shred! I didn't expect that- how nice was that! Every aspect was taken care of. Thoroughly recommended.
