I bought land in March 2017 and they promised me that it will be titled by March 2018 but it was released only March 2019. As it was released one year later, my wife and I ended up renting additional year. When the land was titled, I didn’t have cross over in my property. When I complained about that, they still want me to settle it first, then they will fix it. I refused as I wasn’t sure whether they will do it. They put the crossover but still it wasn’t a good job. Even when I complained, they threatened me that I have cross over now so I have to settle now, and otherwise they will charge me. As I didn’t want to pay late fees, I settled. Thus promised they there will be a Christian private school but there is none. They promised me that there will be small shops by end of 2019 but there is nothing here. I had to travel to Craigburn to get small things too. After 2 years, I can see they didn’t do anything they promised. The park is mess. The entrance to the estate looks really bad. Annadale estate is full of lies and fake promises. I really regret to buy my land and wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy it.

2 years on and Annadale Estate looks like a dump. no sign at entrance, estate over grown with weeds, park unsuitable for small chrilden. rubbish flying aroud every were no contact no help
The park is a huge disappointment, it is not suitable for young children to play. The entry to the estate looks terrible to the point it looks like no effort has been put into it whatsoever. No one knows where Annadale is because the estate is not properly signed! Just a bunch of greedy developers and their empty promises!!
Very disappointed in the park across the road. On the actual proposal it had promised a beautiful park but instead its a playground that's not baby friendly or kids friendly. There are no high-end shopping centers open not even a coles or supermarket open as promised on the proposal either.

The park in stage 6 on Ellscott Boulevard is very disappointing compared to the promised 3d render image. The entry to the estate is very tight with 1 laneway and you should have made it wider. Furthermore land settlements are way delayed than promised.
No communication from developers whatsoever. Once you put your deposit down you no longer matter. Title date for our release has been pushed back NINE times already. Do not recommend if you're in any sort of rush to actually live in the estate.
DO NOT BUY!! No communications at all. Dont respond to emails. Giving one star because I have to.
