I Contacted Richard in regards to the matching wedder to my engagement ring. We went in store to choose my partners wedding band and order the matching wedder. Richard was so helpful and very professional in making the process a fun and enjoyable experience.

I had a little elephant necklace which needed repair I bought from Michael Hill few years ago. It is my favourite necklace. Jessica was very helpful and was able to sort out the repair and warranty efficiently. I was really happy with their service.
