Now I and my neighbors feel bin hiring in Dandenong became stress free and relaxing! Metropolitan Bin Hire is being reputed around my area when we initiated a joint step to keep our locals neat and clean. Their routinely works are very timely and not time consuming at all. The company gives us a compact service of cleanliness with no garbage left on the streets. My family friends said, they serve in South East area of Melbourne too. We like to recommend for them highly!

I've chosen these guys for two reasons; firstly they're very punctual as I used to see them every alternate day to come and pick the bin at sharp 7.30am from my neighbour's premises, Secondly, they just don't collect wastages and throw somewhere rather they recycle them keeping our environment green. I would always appreciate Metropolitan bin services as long as they continue to maintain the same principles at work.

They provided an incredibly poor level of customer service. I booked on the phone, they then rang me the next day to see if I wanted to book. We waited most of the day for them to confirm a delivery window. They never called us back. We called again, they were really rude so we cancelled. Not once did they say sorry for the inconvenience.

Very Dodgey company. Delivered a bin that I did not hire in front of my door when I was not home and then wanted me to pay for it before they took it away even though the concreter is the one who hired it and did not pay for it and payment was given to the concreter as part of the job. Who delivers a bin when it has not first been payed for and when no one is home and then wanting the person at the delivery address to pay for it? Lyn was extremely rude on the phone and hard to deal with and would not let me put a word in. Extremely poor customer service. They even have the wrong phone number on their bin. It now belongs to a VET! Even if I was forced to I would NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
