Make sure you record every conversation. Details in medical records are fabricated. I was informed that I'd said something critical about the outcomes of my last procedure when there hadn't even been a review and I was happy with the outcome. They're using that fabricated information to justify not continuing the treatment. Just a cover up. Lodging a complaint is a pointless.exercise because they cover themselves by fabricating details. And then they send these to your GP.

Went last month, gave up my private health thinking on a carer pension would be world class ! The dental student was was fine had to have roots exacted she called her teacher I have never ever experienced such butchery instead of cutting an sutures he used his strength to pull the roots , you don't expect them to be be too personal should not be aloud

what a terrible place RBWH is they have very limited knowledge no idea about most medical issues and worst of all they kick patients out of their bed so staff can up size their assessments at night while getting paid. True savages that tax payers pay for. 'Putting people first' what a joke just common criminals
