Had my treatment transferred to MCHC since last year. MCHC has been utter hell to deal with from being denied services that are available to being denied even access to my own medical records. Yet it was the actions of Rachu a RN within MCHC Mental Health Acute team hanging up on a patient who explained they were suicidal that really set things in stone. If you have MH issues, do not trust MCHC, I know I will never again.
