terrible service provider, more or less un-contactable, never picks up the phone (I had centerlink call on my behalf, and they too where unable to get through) provides no support at all, and lies about your activities in order to get the most money from the government off of you. all round very terrible company wasting tax payer money, whilst feeding of the dumb privatization by the government of unemployment services

The standard is disgusting. How can this place still be operating with such poor customer service when the whole basis of their business is centered around that very premise.
Worst job agency ever! I was out of job for 3 months & not only they never called me but also whenever I called them, they never picked up the phone!
