Beautiful customer service from the receptionist both over the phone and in person. Took my 5year old to see Dr Mary and she was amazing, very good with him and super helpful.

Friendly team of reception staff, doctors and nurses with pathology onsite. Its also handy to have physiotherapist, dietitian and podiatrist. I feel safe with their Covid measures and the staff do go an extra mile to help us out.

Don't trust the opening hours listed on Google, they are wrong. Matter of fact, so are the opening hours listed on their practice door.

The Opening hours are the best. They are open till late on weekdays and also open on weekends, which is how the medical centres should work, Great job done by Merindah med centre for the community

Dr. Panetta is the best doctor that I have ever met. Professional, caring, he does his job in a wonderful way. The 5 stars are all (and only) for him. The waiting time is a nightmare though, even with appointment I have always waited more than 1 hour(sometimes 2)

Never keep their appointments. Many times we have been sent back as there had been mistakes with bookings. They don't care about people's time. Extremely disorganised.
