James I understand has retired, with the exception of a few return command performances, but prior to leaving he ensured that outstanding service would continue to be delivered to clients at Toowong Mercedes Benz. Even the dealer principal Ben Haywood intercepted during the delivery to personally ensure all was going well. Overall an exceptional dealership, and one I highly recommend particularly if you have not previously owned a Benz. Great cars, ever better service at Toowong.

Buying a car is a huge investment where the decision is made on a whole slew of reasons. I had done a lot of research and commenced viewing cars at various dealerships. The usual barrage of salespeople followed and this can be overwhelming and there is definitely a sense of pressure to make an immediate decision. Fortunately my experience with Kevin Wu (sales person) and Dylan long (finance manager) was so seemless and easy. Despite my last minute request of getting the car delivered for a birthday present Kevin and the team managed to get everything done in 3 days. That is SERVICE beyond expectation and unparalleled efficiency. Showing us the car on Wednesday and managed to get everything else done for a Friday handover is just WOW.
