Went to have a look and was very well impressed that i was asked if needed help but once explained that wanted to have a check a couple of cars that i was doing research on, they left me alone and did let me do my thing. I was with wife and toddler. That is great service! Not pushing you to buy a car. I will buy once and if i feel comfortable. Their offered again to answer any questions if i had any but i declined and they left us alone again...So good! Not being stalked by a seller. Thanks for the experience Merc.

What an experience! All credit goes to Biken Chhetri and his colleagues at Mercedes-Benz Brisbane for making our first Merc purchase a very pleasant and exciting one! They were organised, detailed-orientated and did everything they could to make sure we secured a great deal at a great price. We test drove our vehicle before we talked business and were educated on all the features with such great care. We were even treated to coffees, champagne, snacks and a red bow on collection to make our experience that little bit more special. Their customer service was stellar! The staff here are amazing! Dropping my car off is like arriving at a 5 star hotel. Nothing is too much trouble and they have great spaces to set up your computer so that you can work while you wait for your car to be serviced
