Pathetic Customer Service. Purchased two ceiling fans from Good Guys, Auburn, Sydney. One has broken glass light cover. For the last three weeks, struggling between dealer and company and nobody is ready to sort out the issue. If such is the customer service from Mercator then better buy from China at cheaper prices.
