Picking up my puppy ! Answered the phone quickly and helpful. Only needed a short wait for her to arrive
Impressive , would highly recommend, someone didnt have valid id. Therefore they couldnt pick up the dog in question, very thorough. At least I know my babies, wouldnt be picked up by the wrong person. Well done Dogtainers and Menzies aviation. Very very impressed.

This organization is the worst cargo terminal operator to deal with, they always find a way to make drivers wait and cost companies money due to their incompetent staff and procedures. They are the WORST cargo terminal operators, and that's a big statement as Dnata seems competent in comparison, and if anyone in the industry reads this, they'll know how bad that statement is.
