In a word... FANTASTIC! After my mothers death, organising the engraving on her monument was not at the top of my to-do list, but I knew it had to be done. The funeral home suggested an engraver, but my first contact with them did not instill confidence. I emailed a few others, received quotes, some promptly and some weeks later. I eventually selected Menucha and am more than happy I did. Menucha were prompt, attentive, pro-active without being pushy and very thorough. Engraving a monument can only be done once, and Menucha were meticulous to make sure every small detail was correct. I'd be happy to use them again and recommend them to my family and friends. PS. I naively thought the process would take a week or two, but it takes much longer. There is a process involved including cemetery paperwork for approvals etc. You should allow plenty of time to get it done.
During one of the most difficult times we had to face, the staff at Menucha Monuments were extremely easy to deal with. They were sympathetic, compassionate, and very understanding of our situation as one would expect. Their service and execution was very streamlined and professional.They were also well priced. The inscription and photo frame for our father was matched perfectly to our Mums. Highly recommend
