Purchased my first car here and could not be more happy. A very thank you to George who was willing to negotiate with me. Was hassle free, easy going and professional. Gave a test drive and was very knowledgeable about the car. Sole was also very friendly and professional. Highly recommend anyone to go to Mentone Toyota, these guys are awesome.

Oh what a Dealership! From the time I walked in the service was fantastic. Luke who showed me the car was great he did not push me at all, like other dealers. The manager Saul was also really professional. Tracey kept me updated on the progress of the deal. Raj the Finance Manager was extremely helpful even though I did not get finance from him. But the best part of the transaction was at the time of delivery, when Rosie handed over the keys, the car was even wrapped up with a ribbon. She went through all the features of the car and spent time explaining everything. Thank you Rosie it has been a long time since I have received such great service anywhere, let alone from a car dealership. I went to many car dealerships looking for a car, I am so happy I found Mentone Toyota.
Lovely receptionist very helpful.There was a helpful sales guy too, but lady in the parts department was very good I have to wait around hours.At the end I left my details with a sales rep. She never get back to me at all.very poor customer service.
Very poor customer service. Ordered a back seat for my car 5/6 months ago and still haven't heard anything. Each time i call to get an update on the order, I am told they will give me a call back in 15 mins but it never happens

Walked in with partner to look at new cars. No one would serve us. Workers were all too busy chatting in the back offices. Approached girl on desk to ask if we could have some help. She said she would get someone. 15 minutes later I had to ask again. Finally a man came out who was not interested to serve us. We were dressed in very casual clothes. He treated us like scum, never even bothered to ring me back with the quote he promised. Went to Brighton Toyota the next week and bought a car that day from them. Don't waste your time at Mentone
Had a 60km service on my Toyota Prado at the end of 2020 when I picked the car up & it was highlighted to me the Air Filter Element was replaced as part of the service, came home & checked over the car, the old Air Filter was still there so I emailed the service department & cc’d Toyota Australia with pics no reply from either, so I rang left message no reply after 2 days I rang again they BS me said they were out of stock & will send a tech to me the next day & detail my car as a good gesture which I’m not after I just want my service done correctly, I still haven’t heard back after that & it’s now February 2021. AVOID THIS TOYOTA DEALER & I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH TOYOTA AUSTRALIA NOT FOLLOWING THIS UP.
A huge thank you to Luke for a great experience. I’ve recently purchased a car for my daughter and Luke went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. A very positive experience with excellent customer service! The car was really good value for money too and Luke took the time to go through the features making the whole experience really special including pickup with the car wrapped in a bow for my daughter. I very highly recommend Luke and the team at Mentone Toyota. Thank you for a great experience
