Very unapologetic discussion when i had queried why i was charged 15.50 for a 5 car wash. Reading all the reviews, i can see that a bunch of customers have the same experience. The team manager Sarah had taken the call, didn't once apologise and then said she'd refund me 6 and hung up the phone. Not really sure what they were so angry about, was it that i queried why i was charged more than i agreed to and just wanted a refund?

Pretty sure I got ripped off. At a hospital too. Even if not, it's absolutely not transparent enough. 42. Unless some of that comes back then I've been had. The numbers do not add up. Shady.
This are the mungral mob charging the fees to use car wash and nearly every thing else. 50c per transaction or 2 in some cases. Absolutely out raged by these low lifes
Sitting in emergency ward and your machine took 8 worth of tap on off my card and not a single item dropped down. Absolutely disgraceful especially in an ED depth.
BP Car Wash, Ravenhall, VIC 3023. The coin slot wouldn't take my coins, so I tried their card service for the first time. Following their instructions, I pressed Stop in well under 2mins both times I tapped my card (I soap the car down, scrub it, then rinse it off). Return home, checked my account and noticed they charged me 5.50 per tap, so it was 11.00 total for what should have been a 4.00 wash. Of course it didn't stop there, as I checked my account a couple of days later and they took an ADDITIONAL 2.50 per tap, making the grand total 16.00. Their website mentioned the funds would be adjusted within 48hrs. Yes, they 'adjusted' them to TAKE OUT EVEN MORE MONEY ! Never using anything with CIRCUMTEC on it again. Cost me the price of a meal I never got to eat. Stick to using coins and switch bays if the coins don't work.

I was charged twice. I have a credit card record and took a video of stop button does not work at carwash. They got rid of coin options which is ridiculous and rip off.
OUR EXPERIENCE AVOID USING A CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS AT ANY FACILITY THAT USES CIRCUMTEC CARD PAYMENT SOLUTIONS. "ABSOLUTE RIPOFF" MAXISHINE CARWASH IN DURAL NSW use CIRCUMTEC LTD a Cashless Payment Solutions company to handle their card transactions. The sign adjacent to each card reader "FALSELY INDICATES" you are being charged 4.00 and however CIRCUMTEC PRE-AUTHORISES 15.50 FROM YOUR ACCOUNT. When you finish your wash the sign indicates to turn the machine to "STOP" which apparently indicates time used and your account will be credited the difference between the 4.00 minimum and the 15.50 pre-authorised on your account. "THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN" YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL 15.50 FOR A WASH THAT SHOULD HAVE COST 4.00. I use this car wash regularly and have complained to the owners about their rip off card payment system. They accept no responsibility whatsoever and tell you to refer to the sign or to CIRCUMTEC. We have contacted CIRCUMTEC and spoken to "JUSTIN". They also accept no responsibility for their rip offs, in fact Justin is a rude obnoxious pr..k!! If you have to use a facility that uses this company's payment solution, AVOID the card reader. USE COINS ONLY!!
