Russell answered phone promptly and gave very helpful advice over the phone on how to solve removing a bird trapped in the wood heater flue. Worked perfectly. Within 5 minutes bird free. Very knowledgeable and polite.

Used Able to clean our chimney and I'd say it"s the best its been in 95 years. He came when he said he would and left the place cleaner than when he arrived.best sweep I have ever used.
Beware, dithering old man needs to retire, did more talking than cleaning in one hour, antiquated equipment at best, looked like an old dunny brush with only a couple of bristles left, brushed by hand for 5 mins, nothing came down from chimney, still doesn't draw properly and wants to charge 160. Only used two extension pieces, not doing the top, didn't clean the damper either. Walked clay into my Persian carpets and didn't care less. Since phoned around to discover they now use modern electrical equipment with a drill on the end of a proper brush. Be prepared to hear all the ins and outs of all his family & friends lives, not interested just wanted my chimney to draw properly again.
