Firstly, a FIVE STAR rating to Rhys ! He made the purchase of a CX 30 to a non tech savvy customer, easy. His pleasant, quiet demeanour and patience were truly appreciated. All concerns about unwanted features were explained and how to over-ride them if I wished to do so. He stood back when I needed time to think but was on hand to answer queries and never pressured for a decision. His manner was professional and of course, his product knowledge, faultless ! Secondly, a FIVE STAR rating to Paul who resolved a particular issue to the benefit of all. A happy ending indeed ! I’m enjoying my CX30 and its features. Well done to Rhys and Paul, for making an elderly customer happy. Kaye.
Despite being clearly being able to afford the CX-5 that we had spent over 5 hours on testing, choosing and accessorising, Mazda's internal financing arrangements suggested otherwise. Let's just say we were promised the world and delivered an atlas. Edit: Review since amended to 4 stars. This is due to the DP, Greg Dean, taking the time to contact me personally to discuss our experience and our options. If more business owners took this hands on approach to customer issues and experience they would benefit.
I was upgrading my lease car and Colin Crawford was my main man. He was very patient in the beginning when there was lots of toing and froing. I'm also sure he thought I was mad when I said I wanted a custom colour on a brand new CX5 - GT! That's what I wanted, so that's what he arranged for me. I was very happy with the service I received from him and the rest of the staff. It was just a shame that he did all the hard work and never got to hand me the keys when I picked it up because he was on holiday, well earned, I'm sure. Thanks again for my Phantom coloured Purple People Eater, she drives like a dream ! :)

What an amazing service. Professional and honest staff. We were passing through as interstate traveller's and these guys really looked after us. Even dopped us off and picked us up from our caravan while work was done on the car. Highly recommend. Thank you Melville Mazda.
WOWWE! Had an absolute FAB Experience with James and Paul from Melville Mazda buying my BT-50!!! James was great showed me all the features and then himself and Paul negotiated a great deal!!
