Very polite and helpful staff. I ha e actually been there. Once. That is the only reason i gave it 3 stars. As i said they were very polite and helpful. Great people running the business but because i have only been there the one time I really have no way to rate them either way. Being asked to delete or give 5 stars is not exactly how this works. It goes on the experience a person has had. Mine was pleasant and friendly.
Thank you to all the people at Pepcar Melton for the great job on my Nissan 350Z. It was my first time to you guys after having dealt with some real block-heads in the past. I've had a 'noise issue' in my car for about a year that three different mechanics couldn't locate (but were still happy to charge me for). I went to Pepcar after being recommended by a friend. From the outset they explained to me what they'd do, showed me through their workshop, and even let me watch while they conducted a couple of routine checks. The technology these guys have is unbelievable! You can't imagine how happy I was when they called me to tell me they'd found the problem and it was fixed. To be able to drive my car and not listen to that whining noise all the time is great. I'm enjoying driving my 350Z all over again. You guys are great. Many many thanks and I'll be seeing you for all my servicing in the future (as well as my family and friends)
My husband and I have been taking our cars here for a while, and always get excellent service. They explain everything thoroughly and I really trust what they are telling me. Last time I had my car serviced they were fantastic, with four kids it's hard to be without a car and they made sure it was done as quickly as possible. And I got it back looking better than when I dropped it off!

I had my car looked at and serviced by Pepcar Melton recently. It had been making a strange noise and they kept me updated throughout and had the car finished and returned within a few hours. Fantastic service...highly recommend!
High quality workmanship with a very strong customer service focus. All parts and lubricants used are equal to or better than genuine. The Pepcar Signature Service involves a very thorough inspection of the car to reduce the possibility of it breaking down. Courtesy cars and a pick up / delivery service are available to help minimise any inconvenience.
