NOT WELL MAINTAINED,WATER SMELLS, TOO MUCH CHEMICAL IN SPA THAT MY SKIN WENT EXTREME DRY,TOOK THREE DAYS TO RECOVER THATS 2 HOURS AT THE PLACE... STAFF AT THE ENTRY FRIENDLY,LIFE GUARDS ATTENTIVE AND APPROACHABLE .. OVERALL CLEANLINESS 6/10 INDOOR POOL 4/10 (DISGUSTING) DISTINCT ODOUR LINGERING.

Lovely place for a family swim session. Includes children's pool, lap pool, large wave pool and jacuzzi.
As a first timer, I gave this place a four star. The lady in the cashier is lovely and nice. The pool is warm and kids are having fun. I hope they change the frequency of the waves to every 15mins instead of an hour if there are more than 15 kids in the water. They also have a 50m outdoor which is also a good alternative for adults.
A worst experience at melton waves.. customer service is hopeless... in 5 months kids have limited classes or teacher is absent nevertheless they got drop to lower level with from level 4 to level 1 kids..submit cancellation form but still got charged if there is a zero star thats what they deserve for.
Been here many times but lately waves are not every 30 minutes. Was there 2 hours today and not a single wave session. Not impressed at all. waste of money. Decided we will be taking our business to the other wave pool in the city.
Customer service has definitely improved from pathetic to ok at Melton waves. On the downside more attention needs to be given when hazards are reported. It is a bit run down and an uplift would be great as quite a few people visit the centre especially during summer.
My little brother hasn’t gone in a while and we have tried to cancel him out but we keep getting charged every week. Very disappointing and would recommend Paul saddler swimming school.
Staff is very unprofessional. Dnt have clue what are they doing. Sandra never return call or dnt care. They cancel my daughters booking just because their staff made a mistake and still charge me for it. I paid full fee during the holiday time just so i dnt loose a spot for her. Still now due to thier staff error i have to pay for it. Horrible experience will never ever go back. If any one know how to lodge a complaint against them please let me know.
