The store is dirty, items stacked on top of each other, rude and unhelpful staff, never open on time. All the negative reviews are accurate and true- my experience as well. You only have to see their review responses to understand that they are only interested in excusing their behaviour rather than running a local business and having good customer service Pick up your game, cut the rudeness, and/or close the shop! Potential customers, Do yourself a favour and give this place a miss. I'm waiting for your rude reply and fake excuse.

Poor service & overly priced. Had item on lay by only to find out they sold it on me. No one notified me asked if I still wanted it. Consumer affairs told me if I was notified I said no one. I called Saturday informed them was going to call in following Saturday to make final payment. Was told item sold. Consume Affairs said I was entitled to FULL refund. They refunded my money.
This place is always late to open, it says 12midday and it's doors are still chained up at 12:30!!!! They have an l don't care attitude at the best of times, and this constantly proves they're laziness!!! Today is the third time this has been my experience, and as I'm writing this they still haven't opened!! So, not worth coming down to this shop!! Give up trading!!!! Your responses below, show the population reading this that you are not in business to supply a service, instead you open at YOUR convenience and your customers DO NOT RATE! If your trading hours state open at 12 not 12:40 or otherwise, then it's not too much to ask to respect your own set opening hours! Rude response that "it's not enough for some people"!!!!
Arrogant rude message on messenger when offered an amount for item selling on Facebook market place, I am disgraced! Thought I would support a local store owner for an item a simple yes or no would of done when offered a price for a over 1k potential purchase I’ll go straight to the store where I’m happy to hand over my money.
