Awesome facility. Well priced. Great value. Friendly staff. Would get an additional star if it was turned into a 24 hour access facility...even if they put their prices up by 10%.

Great prices for sheds. Inside is kept clean and accessible. Big parking lot and elevators for ease of access. Their billing emails can be sent close to paying deadline but otherwise great storage shed.

Excellent facility, professionally run, very courteous and helpful staff. We have used the facility for 5 years and the service standard has not wavered in that time. The facility has remained in as new condition, a testament to great people and management. Knowing our precious household goods had been kept safe and secure has been really comforting while we were thousands of K's away. If you are looking for a secure stable environment for your goods, you could not do better than Melco in Kunda Park.

The storage facility is i believe to be the best around the sunshine coast for access and all weather delivery and pick up. However the refund policy on prepaid storage in advance needs attention as i find waiting 17 days for a refund is very inefficient especially when it is to a business customer
