Finding a jeweller that you can fully trust with your precious jeweller is very hard nowadays. But I am very pleased that I found Your Jeweller based from the positive online reviews of others who went with them too. Such an amazing experience! I have to choose really carefully on who I can entrust to fix the setting of my GIA engagement ring and they are the perfect jeweller to trust it with. Very very happy with the result! I am so completely thrilled with the experience I had with Your Jeweller. I dealt with Julie, who was so lovely, warm and honest. This woman's customer service is off the charts and it is so refreshing dealing with someone who actually 'cares'. My engagement ring was damaged and the team at Your jeweller done an amazing job fixing it. We even nicknamed it 'ICU' for a laugh, because it was in pretty bad shape when I took it in. I couldn't be happier with the result. Compliments to the jeweller for the great job. Thank you so much. I've definately found my jeweller moving forward. You won't get better service when this.

I had my wedding necklace and some earrings repaired. My necklace is very delicate and required careful craftsmanship to repair. Julie explained how it would be repaired and I felt confident the jeweller would do a good job. I wasn't disappointed. Very reasonably priced as well.

I have had the pleasure of receiving some incredible customer service from Your Jeweller. Both Jimmy and Julie were exceptional with helping me to have 2 of my wife’s rings repaired as a Xmas present. The rings both had great sentimental value attached and I was very concerned that I might not find a repairer that could restore the rings to their previous glory but was fortunate to read a few reviews online about Your Jeweller that were all positive and as I’ve found well deserved. The rings were repaired in the quoted time for a very reasonable price to a standard that I was extremely happy with and the follow up by Julie during this very busy time was very much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend Your Jeweller to family or friends for any repairs!
