I personally want to thank the two gentleman who provided directions on Sunday March 14, 2020. The standard of service they extended to me was professional and much appreciated ️
On April 15th, I was waiting at the tram stop 31 heading towards West Preston for my 11am appointment, when the tram driver drove by without stopping. This is the 10th time that the tram driver didn't stop. I am now running late for my appointment for the 10th time. AGAIN.!!!!!!!!!!
Seems quite systemically particular that Yarra trams 'Not in Service" or taking passengers Trams are always on time to the billion dollar scheduled time table, but actual trams passengers lay for are never in time. I've always thought why did they bother spending billions on time tables, if they just come every 5 to 15 minutes? Oh, so THEY can get Thier bit of cash off the top. I get it. The hoypolloy bare the brunt of the rich.
This review is related to Yarra Teams Customer Service on the phone. In the last 3 months I needed to phone Yarra Trams for 2 different reasons. One, I had left a shopping bag on the tram, the other unfortunately was about a tram driver. In both instances the customer service ladies I spoke to were incredibly responsive and very helpful. The standard of service they extended to me was professional and much appreciated. Thank you very much to the staff in Yarra Trams Customer Service.
How many Myki commuters have already been compensated/refunded? Yet I still haven't been & I am a longtime PT commuter.
Personally i was very impressed with the Yarra Trams services. From being a place where tram services are non existing, i can certainly see their values in busy city life. They are timely, serves purposes, friendlier to environment & what else one can ask?
Would it kill you to actually follow the schedule you provide ?
