Beautiful hotel. Outstanding features and very clean. Make sure you book the bars and restaurants, as they have limited availability and book out quickly. The bar downstairs is worth a visit, but you must book. The rooms are very funky and have great facilities. The pool is really nice too.

Love this place!! Amazing experience from arrival to check out. Great staff, everyone is super friendly and organised, checked in without having to wait and they even managed to get us into Curious Bar when it was booked out. Had a little gift and card waiting for my birthday which was beautiful. Great room, quiet, fantastic facilities. Just super enjoyable from beginning to end. Can’t wait to come back!
If you want to feel fancy, stay at The W. The team are friendly, caring and have adoring personalities. The whatever whenever service is super convenient, fun and fast. The suites lovely, clean and fresh with thoughtful extra touches like the fancy mix bar, automatic blinds, amazing matching colour palette and feature walls. It’s a delight to look at and be apart of. Great location too.
Stayed at W Melbourne for two nights over the weekend. Room interior was beautiful yet functional - love the open bathroom design, smart TV, and all the furnishing. There is good amount of wardrobe space (though took a while to find it). The window looked out to another building so not much privacy. Indoor pool was great fun although it could get crowded in the afternoon. Food and drinks at Curious bar were delightful but be sure to book early in advance. They also restrict each sitting to one hour only. Had friendly and prompt services throughout our stay
We stayed at the Fantastic Suite for my husband's birthday. The hotel went above and beyond to ensure our stay went smoothly including a special birthday surprise. They were also able to organise a last minute booking at Curious for us (Friday night) which was most appreciated. Minor teething issues as expected with a brand new hotel but otherwise a truly FANTASTIC stay :) We will be back !
A wonderful stay at W Hotel Melbourne. Its one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The team were wonderful. Especially Linda, Jordan and Chris (Jordan and Chris were at the concierge desk). We were made feel welcome from the moment we arrived at Valet Parking. 99.9% of the 'talent' were fantastic. Room service is great, rooms are exceptionally clean and modern. The gym and pool are amazing. Our baby pug was made feel very special as well - and how wonderful she got to stay with us. Great location and amazing hotel.
This brand new iconic Melbourne has unique building shape and interior. I like the surroundings exterior as you can chill outside and enjoy the vibe even though you don't stay in the hotel.
We stayed 1 night fir birthday and anniversary celebration. We were surprised by beautiful cake chocolates cake from W staff. We really enjoyed stay . Service are amazing and everyone are so friendly.
