Quality and quick service from a small camera repair store whom have been very reliable with the quotation and repair time in just 3 days for me which makes me feel very relieved (until I saw the bill, lol). I do have one complaint as I have shared in the image that while they have fixed the shutter dial that needed a replacement, they didn't do a great job with the grip rubber as it's still possible to pull off if anything happened. I can probably fix it with glue but with the amount I paid for the job, it does knock down a star for me. UPDATE: They fixed the grip for me, free of charge and even offered to replace the grip in the future without any additional costs. Thanks Vintech!
Tried to scrape off my light seal with his fingers just to make me avail their new light seals. They tell me that it needed to be replaced but its not that bad. I know my gears. Good job mate. I like your style. Now I have a damaged light seal thanks to you.
I've been to Vintech a few times for repairs and they always took the job seriously, no matter how big or small. Their staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely the place to go in the CBD for any camera repair.

Made my Canon 5d mark iii sensor dirtier than when I brought it in, I have photo proof, and when they realised what they did they said they could only give a 50% refund or a re-clean (to make it even dirtier?) Pretty horrible service and I had to take it to camera clinic and pay again just to get it cleaned properly.
I believe one of the rare place where you can have your cameras sensor cleaned. It was done on the same day. Decent price. Friendly staff. Cash only
