Unbelievably bad team response. It took weeks to get a reply even after I've paid full tuition fees for the semester. Least bothered about international students. No help what so ever from the staff for minor issues. Refund took half a year. Very very disappointed by the service. Such well respected university worldwide, completely incompetent and bad staff.
