Surprisingly I was satisfied with the service! Security was attentive to my QR code scanning which had some problems. Customer service was friendly at entrance assisting my purpose of visit. The wait wasn't too long nor too short. Very clean environment, santiser and wipes are available. Wheelchair accessible entrance. Location is easy to find. It is close to public transport and public on-street parking available.

I never thought I'd be leaving a review for Vicroads but I was so impressed with the service I experienced from the team this morning. I got there 10 minutes before they opened and was the first person seen. The security guard was so lovely and had such great energy and the girls at the desks were fast and very helpful. I was in and out within 8 minutes! I think it's important to recognise good service particularly with govt organisations who usually go unnoticed
The team in this branch were amazing last week when I needed to register an interstate vehicle. I feel sorry for the team, the VicRoads systems and processes are clearly stuck in the 90’s and they are doing the best they can with what they have. Someone up top needs to start cutting red tape to reimagine a world when getting something done at VicRoads doesn’t always mean hassles (for staff and citizens). Thanks for helping me out! ️

takes to long to get someone online and for simple bat and trailer u need to have two appointment , try to call Vic roads no one there to answer and getting worse they need to put more people on the receptions or upgrade they services as is shocking
I booked an appointment for transferring my overseas license. I was late with my appointment for 14 minutes and my booking was canceled. For another appointment I have to wait for 45 days. As an ADHD patient I feel so helpless and disappointed. I understand I should not be late but 45 days waiting is more like a punishment. This system apparently needs more staffs or be more efficient.
