We love their original cheesecake since they opened their first shop in Sydney! not a big fan of the matcha cheesecake though... recently we discover their new item Crepe Brulee, とても おいしい です! Crispy sugary top, creamy custard, cheesecake with real and sauce

Finally tried their new menu creme brulee. It looks very pretty and taste really good. It is made on order. Their baked cheesecake is my favorite at the shop. This shop is very small, no seating area. Staff are friendly. The shop have the best view of making cheesecake. The shop located at the lower ground level of Melbourne Central. Same level as train station. Very convenient. Few few minutes walk from train station. Parking also available nearby.

Quaint Japanese dessert shop that makes cheesecakes, cheese tarts, muffins and crepes. Enjoyed the matcha matcha crepe and cheese tart.

Great spot to get some dessert quick however be aware that they only sell an entire small personal sized cheesecake priced pretty high and not great for a quick snack. They also sell madelines which are quite a bit cheaper but they sit uncovered on the counter which leads them to be a tiny bit dry. Taste however is quite nice, just wish it was more moist and fresh.

So fluffy and light with just the right level of sweetness. Our family tried it warm and chilled....we all preferred it chilled. Can’t wait to have another slice tomorrow

Tried the cheesecake, pudding, and crepes. They are nice (not overly sweet amd good texture) but not special.

Very tasty Japanese cheesecake. Soft, wet and not too sweet. Perfect for me. Only thing is 18 for such a small cake, a bit overpriced.

Uncle Tetsu’s second shop in Melbourne lives up to the name with some new items & limited time creations, including the Japanese pudding (caramel-vanilla and cream cheese at the moment) and premium matcha soft serve. The Madeleines here are also different than their Swanston Street location—Earl Grey Tea & Vanilla Bean—which are both also amazing!
