The manager at Tumi Chadstone was the most helpful, kindest and best customer service. Every-time i went into the store i was greeted with a huge smile and she was willing to help in anyway possible. While i was having difficulty with the online services with the company she took away all my stress and helped me in store! Amazing and i will only go back to her for my next purchases. Thank you xx

Went here to buy wallet on Saturday afternoon, the shop assistant (asian lady) was ignoring us, she only talk to us when we are about to pay for our purchase. Products wise is good quality, needs to improve on customer service
