I absolutely love the ease of this company. My favourite thing is the staff who come to collect your packages are very friendly and hard working. Nothing is too much trouble. The price is brilliant, ease of filling out online info simple and my parcels have all arrived quickly and safely. Thank you I would totally recommend this company.

I am a new customer of Transdirect, having recently entrusted them with delivering my painting, Sisters, from Sydney to its new owner in Melbourne. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Any 5 star ratings you see are most likely them or their employees trying to make their company look better. I sent a delivery with them that they subsequently refused to deliver and said they would be returning it back to me. They then tried to charge me to send it back to me! Almost 2 weeks later and they still have not returned my package to me, and are extremely unresponsive about it. Wait time to speak to them on the phone is nearly an hour on most days. They encourage you to email but then don't do any kind of follow up. From my experience they are a scam company and will take your money and then conveniently lose your goods. I highly recommend you don't use them, if you want your delivery to actually arrive. Update: they have now told me they have delivered the package, but the receiver has not received it and they are unable to provide any proof of delivery even though I paid for signature on delivery. Just so you know the lengths they will go to to lie about not delivering the packages. Update 2: the “proof of delivery” they sent me was just a photo of a pile of boxes that a) could have been taken anywhere and b) did not show my boxes.

We sent some items with Couriers Please using Transdirect. When the Couriers Please tracking page updated to say items were damaged we contacted Transdirect - to ask what was going on. Their response was simply they 'can not track every parcel.' So we asked for our items back. Days later Transdirect get back in contact saying the items have been disposed of. NOT RETURNED AS REQUESTED NOR ANY EVIDENCE JUST TAKE THEIR WORD the items were damaged and disposed of. and they will not pay out for the items under insurance. Nor will they provide any evidence for additional insurance policy cover payout. Police report has been lodged because in every other instance this is theft. You would be better of giving your parcel to the guy hanging out the back of the pub! Wouldn't waste your time filling out paperwork to be told your parcel is gone.

Having shopped around many freight companies getting nowhere I got in touch with Transdirect and it couldn't have been easier. Very organised, online booking was simple and they were the most cost effective by far compared to some others. I highly recommend these guys if you need your freight sorted out efficiently.

I am mostly happy with Transdirect with pick ups and delivery. I am a custom fishing rod builder most of my deliveries are in tubes. I have had only the one recent blunder were it took 3 days to have a tube picked up. And there was another drama that my tube disappeared for 5months and when it arrived one of the rod blanks was broken. That was was before and over Christmas. I hope that this year there are no other problems. Cheers JD RODS

Compared with Australia Post which took 49 days to deliver a parcel at 4 x the price, yours was received within days. I'll definitely recommend your service. Thanks again.
