The uni's infrastructure is good and the facilitators are ok. The student services, though, it is TERRIBLE! If you call them, be prepared to wait hours over the phone. If you decide to email them, they usually respond to it a couple of weeks later with an automatic response without even reading the email. You can only resolve administrative stuff (invoices, enrol to subjects, etc) if you keep pushing the staff. Additionally, when you finally are enrolled to the subjects, they send an invoice whose due date is the same day (they are pretty fast to send the invoice lol).

I wouldnt say its the worst, the teachers here in Melbourne seems better than other campuses.. but the management needs a lot of improving... the only positive thing i find is the teachers who are sympmathizing and trying to reduce the stress of us students during the covid times.. i havent even seen my placement coordinator till now even though its almost the end of my 3rd trimester.

Most of the staffs are friendly and helpful at the student service desk at flinders street campus. However i had met that particular asian lady at the service desk who would try to argue with you rather than giving you a direct information. I had met her twice and shes was using the same tone to communicate which only lead to very uncomfortable feelings after every single conversations. And i am coming to her for help not to be bossed around really..Overall its a very bad experience as a student to this university with this point. Hopefully the school can do something about it.

The worst university i ever seen..no one is replying the calls and emails..no one gonna help out you to enroll the subjects.. If you think this university takes less fee as compared to good universities .this university fails you and harras you ...your fee will be same as other..i dont Recommend any body to take addmission here very poor service ..they dont understand the situation of students how they are suffering ...they only need money ..dontcare about students ..very bad experience ... No one gonna help you. Take decision wisely ..idont recommend this university...

If you decide to study here, you are on your own; forget to be helped by the university to reach your professional goals. Avoid Daniel Faria, the business success coach he couldn't care less about students' goals and needs. If you complain, and your complaint is successful, the campus director (Terese McAleese) will hiss at you for complaining, and won't do a thing to help.

One star coz been two years a student and since two years they didnt improve their call centre...always the same message "we are experiencing high volume" then we have to wait for 40 mins average. We are nearly there for the covid vaccine but theres no solution in the world for this torrens problems
