Qifan (Hope I spell correct) was a nice guy. Although I saw him as a trainee, he was still friendly and professional. Great customer service!Good Luck!

What is Bunnings for us men is Tiffany for women. I went with my wife and daughters, they seem to have spent a fantastic time there :-). While I was waiting I got served some water and enjoyed to watch the joy customers have to check out their stuff. The staff is very friendly and helped my wife and daughters to select the right products.
I have been here on multiple occasions purchasing items for gifts and every time the customer service, the quality of their advise as well as the products they sell is outstanding.
Amazing experience @ Tiffany&Co. Our shop assistant Gigi was very professional and friendly. Great service! 5 stars!
Strict safety measures in place without compromising on excellent customer service and supporting the wider community
Excellent customer service provided by staff that are attentive, helpful and very friendly! I went in looking for a present for my mother for Christmas with no real direction or idea on what exactly to get. The sales assistant that looked after me was very patient and took her time in showing and explaining a variety of different pieces, and helped me make an great decision on a gift.
What's not lolove about Tiffany. U walk in and you feel like a winner. Ever craft is precious. Prices not as precious but then is Tiffany.. not a pleasure to look for bargains but to live it up
Very, very disappointing service. I went in store to buy 3 engraved necklaces with the purpose of gifting it to a friend who was leaving the country. The necklaces were noticeably scratched post engravement so I asked for new ones as I am paying \u003e1000. They complied, and I asked for the engraving to be done in a very small font. Customer service "guaranteed" they would get this job done right in 1 week. The next week, I came to the store and received the product with a mistake in the engraving font size. I was told to "wait another 1 week” for the product to be buffed and re-engraved. I travelled in store next week to receive THE SAME MISTAKE. Staff did not apologise, empathised or took initiative to offer other solutions to make up for this mistake. She simply uttered "there is nothing we can do except send it back to the jeweller but you'll have to wait another 1 week". By this time, I could no longer gift this necklace for my friend as she had already left the country. One week later, I returned with the engraving done correctly. However, but there were more scratches on all three necklaces than the first batch I rejected. When I enquired, they said it was because "you asked for it to be re-buffed (corrected)”. But it was THEIR mistake in the first place - they had one job and couldn’t get it right. "1 week" turned into one month. No responsibility was taken whatsoever for their mistake and after a month of waiting, the final products weren’t ones that I am happy with. The only reason I accepted it was because I was done and tired with it all. Not only did I miss the opportunity to give this necklace at the right time & occasion (which was the main purpose of me buying these necklaces in the first place), now I hesitate to put it on. Because every time I look at it, I am only reminded of the poor service I received and all the disappointments. I did not expect this from a brand like Tiffany and Co.
