Open your call centres back up and support your customers. Get on top of your MASSIVE refunds backlog. You are taking advantage of the COVID situation to cut the overheads associated with providing basic customer support. On the other hand you are still selling tickets to new events. Sort out your priorities.

SCAMMED - I have just been informed that a refund is not forthcoming. They drag it out, make the whole experience pathetic and now I'm stuck with a loss.. Never again Having no end of 'silence' over getting a refund for tickets to Harry Potter. First Covid, Then the seats that were advertised as available, were then taken from me by ticketmaster, on the Covid excuse and I had to wait another three months or more for new seats. Now I'm asking for a refund and what I get...crickets. Emailed three or four times now. Still nothing. Lots of ways of scamming the public. Certainly not doing this again. Thumbs down. I had to select star to submit, but would rather submit another symbol

1 star is too much. Absolutely terrible - Website is next to useless, using COVID as an excuse not to answer the phone although every other business can. If there was an alternative, I would use it but theres not. They only survivie because they have the monopoly on sales.

If I could give them a minus 10 I would. Absolutely the most uncooperative organisation one needs to deal with. Just trying to change a date and nothing. No call answer and no response to 2 emails. Last time.

Terrible customer service. Covid has been with us for a year now and is no excuse for the shambolic operation being run right now. Had an event cancelled, they directed us to request new dates, first dates we requested came and went with no confirmation or correspondence to confirm. Finally they got in contact and directed us to request new dates, which we did. They then proceeded to ignore emails asking whether the new dates would work or not, and finally after that only told us on the morning of the show, weeks after we requested the date, that we were unsuccessful. After all of that they then go ahead an tell me they can't refund my card as my card details have changed! (they haven't!). One star is still too high a rating.

Ticketmaster is quick to take your money, but ignores you when you need help with cancelled shows using covid as an excuse. A current affairs and four corners should do a story about this mistreatment of customers by ignoring any attempts of communication. Australian consumers affairs will be getting a call from me for sure.

No call centre. They use the Covid excuse, but everyone else in the world is making it work. Also, when refreshing for an hour to get tickets, how about something better than an error message?

Horrible. Faceless. Tried to book footy tickets, got allocated seats, then they forced a password change mid transaction. Lost seats. Tried again, they messed up the order. No contact number anywhere to call. I followed up with an email, didn’t get a response for seven days, five days after the match. Terrible customer service, terrible problem-solving abilities. If I could leave a minus star review I would.
