Brad and his team were phenomenal. TPClaims has taken all the worry from me and taken care of everything from start to finish. Personally dealing with the At-Fault driver’s insurance (RACV) was both frustrating and infuriating. RACV wouldn’t liaise with my insurance company. After a couple of weeks of getting stonewalled by RACV, I decided to enlist Brad and Vanessa to fight for my cause. It was somewhat therapeutic when Brad lent me his ear for the first time and reassured me that everything was going to be ok. Brad provided me with a Mercedes for my car rental and a car storage for my written-off vehicle while they chased RACV for compensation. Fast forward a few months the matter was settled in our favour. I highly recommend TPClaim. Thank you very much for the help and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without you.
