Whoever was in the store today, was extremely rude. My partner was in store finding a gift to take back to New Zealand for her Grandmother and took a photo to show her mother. The person in store came storming over and said quote "Get out of my store". After asking why and being told they don't allow pictures in store. After saying sorry and explaining why the picture was taken. It was met with the comment "You won't be buying that gift here" Pretty poor form whoever it was. My partner then left embarrassed as people in store stopped to see why someone was raising their voice. Fair enough you don't allow photos but you couldn't even take the reasoning on board. As well your website itself has pictures of ALL your products and so does this Google ad. If you are afraid of having people taking your ideas, you should consider those two points.

They custom-made a pencil case for me with a map of Melbourne on one side and a French city on the other. It was ready the next day and looked great, and their customer service was awesome too!

A very cute little shop with some fantastic 'unique to Melbourne' items that you won't find anywhere else. Can be a little pricey but well worth it for the quality and the memories in the product.

A great range of Melbourne-centric products and an ideal spot for gift ideas for people looking for a souvenir (people leaving/visiting Melbourne?) outside the usual Swanston street tacky fare. Nice quality too.
