Beautiful, make sure to check out The Messenger by Sam Jinks. It's absolutely breathtaking every time you see it.

Wonderful, small museum in downtown Melbourne. Inexpensive entry fee and plenty to take in and read and learn. We had only about an hour to spend and could have spent many more. Well laid out and the museum is housed in the old Royal Mint...glorious surrounds. Evelyn at chem is was friendly and knowledgeable. Well worth a visit.

Well worth a visit. It's not expensive. It's interesting. It's a peaceful haven. What does something look like when it's several thousand years old? Go here and find out.

Great little museum without being too big. Allow a couple of hours. Some exhibits are borrowed from Athens and are works class

A beautiful and unique place to study, discover and celebrate all things historic Greek interwoven with the blended world of Australia. Inspirational, informational, well-curated, modern with a classical touch, fun, great staff, beautiful gifts. Best museum for the ancient history lovers!!!

Though this museum isn't the best in the world, for Australia this museum is a pretty good place to quietly contemplate and admire Greek artefacts and gain knowledge about the ancient history of Greece. A must visit for anyone in Melbourne.

I loved it, my six year old loved it and we'll be going back, probably within the month!

While travel restrictions are in place it was nice to escape to the ancient Mediterranean.
