One of the best movie theaters around. Just went to watch Dead pool 2 today. In theater 3. Intimate and beautiful. The whole place is like stepping back in time yet it uses the best technology to enjoy the movies. Just love this place, best place to go for movies.

Beautiful art deco style theatre. It is one of a kind theatre refurbished in a heritage building. The ceiling design is amazing and the led light effect adds more stars to this space. Only thing i found was that the leg room was a bit tight at the seats. But overall amazing.

Fantastic refit to a Melbourne classic cinema. Now owned by RMIT who have lovingly restored. Used for Melbourne International Film Festival and many other events... stunning ceilings and lighting... not to be missed

Amazing venue for large presentations, shows or screenings. The interior fitout makes for a close warm environment even though the seating capacity is quite significant. RMIT audio visual support team are also fantastic at supporting events and helping to ensure everything runs smoothly.

A stub gong renovation and preservation of this beautiful historical theatre, it’s a small space with a challenging sized foyer but if you’re heading straight through it’s a treat to be seated in such a stunning venue.

The restoration is very well done. The Architecture is spectacular, and the history of the site, designed by Walter Burley Griffin and his wife, Outstanding. Far ahead of its time for Melbourne. The colour lighted cuboid ceiling is inspired. Absolutely worth a Visit
