I am usually not a person to write reviews or ratings about businesses online but the customer service at Swift Stamps on Bourke Street in Melbourne was outstanding! I was after 5 customized stamps for our office in exact measurements that seemed impossible to find, but Swift Stamps contacted their supplier for our special request to make the order possible. We have exchanged a few emails over two days, all replied within an hour and even though our stamps requested some words in German it was easy to create a design that we were happy with - it actually turned out exactly the way we wanted it. I have to add that we first went in contact with Swift on a Thursday, by Friday they have already arranged the special measurements for us and on Tuesday, only a few days after the stamps got delivered to our offices. Would definitely recommend their services.

I had a design I needed made into two stamps - one large and one small. it's a fiddly design, lots of little details. Both the large and small stamps kept all those details, and Swift was happy to offer advice with their proof as to which stamp size would work best. Proofs came in very quickly, and from approval of the proof to posting of the stamps (two different orders) was a matter of hours. Absolutely delighted with the quality of the stamps, the fast turnaround and the customer service, would highly recommend Swift!

Excellent service, Highly recommended!! Emailed swift stamps (And other companies) on Friday, got a response within 30 minutes, they were so lovely and could custom make my stamp, they shipped it out express on the same day and I've received my item on Monday! Went to Officeworks today and was told they had a three day turn around. Found Swift Stamps on google and rushed over. They were great! Made my stamps while I waited which was amazing, cant fault them! Family run too.. ill be back :D
