I have seen two clinicians at Smile Solutions, Dr Ryan and Dr James, and I have been very happy with both of them. I get a bit of anxiety when I visit the dentist. Both of the clinicians that I saw were caring and understanding of this and took the time to discuss everything with me. I found the clinicians and reception staff to be very professional and I would highly recommend Smile Solutions to anyone who is looking for a quality dental clinic.

Smile solutions will take any opportunity to charge you - they only look to charge you wherever they can so don't let the location fool you. For a place that charges their customers exceeding amounts you would think that they could vacuum their tower waiting room where it is so unbelievably dusty that you see the particles around the room. The receptionists are friendly to your face, however very unprofessional behind, had bad experiences with them cancelling or moving my appointments without my knowledge. You might as well seek out your local orthodontist or dentist that will give the best results you want as well as being affordable.

I took my granddaughter to the Smile Solutions for dental checkup today. Reservation was quick and easy; Made just two days ago. My granddaughter was assigned to Dr. Cynthia Chu. She was very kind and professional. My granddaughter did not cry because Dr. Chu explained everything in easy words. The doctor's office was pleasant and the equipments were high-tech and clean. Fortunately, my 6 year old granddaughter had no serious tooth problem. We made next appointment for dental checkup 6 months later. I am very happy with everything we experienced at the Smile Solutions including the service of Dr. Chu, the nurse, the receptionists, and the office and facilities. I strongly recommend this dental clinic to parents with kids. Today's dental service is worth more than the cost of 120. Cost of dental treatment shall be re-imbursed from the Medicare to the maximum of 1,000 every year; That is what I heard from my son.

I see Dr. Avi--- he and the team there always make me comfortable, as they are always kind courteous and professional. Most of all Dr. Avi does stellar work! Not only does it look great discomfort and recovery times are minimal and most of the time non existent for me. I couldn't recommend more!

15 minutes general check up with no treatment is for 364 the reason being is that Dr. Ryan must prescribe an antibiotic for my gum infection. It does not cover the cost of the antibiotic which is sold at chemists. When I made the booking I was told general check up is 85, when I asked what I paid for the receptionist said the extra cost is for the dentist writing a prescription antibiotic. Like some reviews here stated, a lot of hidden costs and unrealistic price for a service. If you do your research prior there are many reasonably priced dental practice around Melbourne with exceptional ratings. For me it was a mistake since I did not do my research before.
