Allie was very prompt and professional, nothing was too much for her to go through. Handled my case through everything and was more than happy to explain everything in detail along the way! I had no idea where to start with chasing a debt but from my VCAT hearing through to finally collecting the debt, Allie was managing everything and had many solutions to any problems that where thrown her way!
