We couldn't operate our business without Servcorp's virtual receptionist service. Our teams are various sites and often unable to answer the phone. Allysha answers our inward calls in a professional and friendly manner. She has got to know our staff, regular clients and our business to the level that we consider her to be one of our own employees. The Level 18 101 Collins Street team offer great service, the amenities are always maintained to excellent standards. We have been a client with Servcorp for almost 3 years. We are always greeted with a smile each morning and we feel at home when walking into the office. Special mentions to Alison and Stephanie for creating a professional yet relaxed vibe on the floor. Our company has our sales team located at 27/101 Collins St, because our main corporate office is in the outer eastern suburbs. Being in the city is convenient as we are closer to our customers. The team at Servcorp are very professional and always happy and smiling. I've only been here a couple of months but already we are all on first names basis with all the Servcorp staff, and we all get on like we are fellow employees. As our team grew we negotiated even more space so each person has their own desk and phone. The new area was quickly fitted out with everything we needed including conference phones, power and data. I can highly recommend Servcorp. Large enterprise or sole trader, you will be treated like a VIP and the location doesn't get any better than 101 at the Paris end of Collins Street. Cafe's, tram, taxi, and city loop, all at our door step.

Since commencing work within 101 Collins in February, I have been astonished with the quality of service provided by the Servcorp team. Every member goes out of their way to ensure all of our requirements are met. I personally have never experienced such service and I value their professionalism very highly. Clients of mine often refer to how pleased they are with the ladies at reception, it makes it easier to conduct business when the clients are placed in a good mood thanks to a welcome reception they receive. Although only a few months in, I am sure that our business and the Servcorp team on level 27 101 Collins will have a long and successful relationship.
