Very knowledgeable staff make this place a must visit for anyone looking to get into a new medium, try some new supplies, or just explore. Lots to choose from, and while the layout can seem a bit chaotic, the friendly staff will point you in the right direction. Prices here are sometimes also lower than the other art supply shops in Melbourne CBD, especially when they have one of their sales.
Store highly recommended. After buying several different purchases on 2020, my parcels have always arrived within days of purchase, well packed and protected. I have received everything I have ordered and will buy from again. Check them out, great range to meet different budgets.
Been wanting to go for a while but it was closed. A lot of stock for a smaller store. Finally got to see the jumbo senneliers. Got some rainbow papers for oil pastel.
Located on the very popular Degraves st in the city, this is my favorite art supplies store. It has the best selection of paints, pastels, and brushes. They stock brands like Winsor and Newton, Old Holland, Daniel Smith, Michael Harding and Art Spectrum. The employees are always very friendly and give great advice about how to use the materials. I managed to complete some of my best paintings with supplies mostly from this store.
