Rip off. They were asking 44.00 for 2 hours parking when down the road I got it for 14.00.

I love this car park and try to use it every day for work (earlybird). Because it's part of a hotel it's very safe as there are attendants there all the time. It's quite a small car park and can fill up fast. Someone mentioned there were cars parked behind them when they returned but they failed to mention the attendants there who move the cars out of the way for you so its not an issue. The attendants are best, they always put a smile on my face at the start and end of each day. It's gone up a bit pricewise and not sure I can keep using it but I'll keep trying! Easy, safe and friendly. Keep up the great work guys!

Parking was good for staying at the hotel. Car was accessible and told the attendant would be leaving in an hour only to come back with two cars double parked behind it.

In their Terms and Conditions : 6.4 The details of the credit card used when completing a Booking will be stored externally (in encrypted format) on a PCI compliant Card Safe service. The credit card details will be retained and be linked to your Secure-a-Spot account for future Bookings. I called to ask if there was a way to pay by phone and avoid cc details being kept, but there isn't. Also could not provide the name of the company this is outsourced to.

Sunday day rate is 3 times the price of other car parks in the same block, no bookings required. Car parks are much too small, about 30cm between doors, and we drive a ford focus. Don't even try it in an SUV. Pretty sure these wouldn't stand up to any sort of planning code. They use double parking to fit even more cars in, requiring you to leave your keys with an attendant. Standard trick of prices displayed in small font unreadable until you drive in, forcing you to reverse out into busy street if you don't want to pay their obscene predatory rate. Give this one a miss.

Disgraceful - parked for 2.5 hours after 5.30pm for a conference at the Rydges, they charged 30!! Also spots are tiny and I struggled to fit my small car in the spots

Super expensive while others at the same region charged you only 14 dollars flat they charged you 27 dollars for one day! The parking lots are too narrow making you feel very uncomfortable when opening door

Expensive even with hotel discount
