Closes at 7pm? Are you guys kidding me!? The city, near offices and closes that early? People work past 7pm. Can't even electronically open the gate, require a call out for someone to open the gate. Horrendous. The customer service people were nice but this is an aberration. Can you please re-evaluate the closing hours and enter the 21st century?
