Simply awful and completely unprofessional. I asked for some advice about starting a business to handle a consulting contract - and not only were they completely unresponsive, they gave me the wrong advice and after waiting weeks just told me "speak to a lawyer". Ended up delaying my contract and costing me thousands of dollars. I went to a different set of accountants who sorted everything out in 24 hours!
