Cannot recommend Rapid Building Inspections enough. We dealt with Michael and he was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He was very helpful, honest and detailed and his report was very thorough. Michael was very patient in explaining the processes and defects with us, and his expertise is remarkable. I highly recommend Michael. He is brilliant!

Booking a time for an inspection was easy and the team were great to deal with. I had some questions after receiving the report and I was able to speak with the inspector directly and he was happy to answer them all. They even kept their promise of delivering the report within 24 hours of inspection! Unfortunately they were unable to inspect the building subfloor or roof exterior due to height/clearance restrictions, but the report still provided adequate detail about the rest of the building.

I had a poor experience as I had not been informed of the price, the service I specifically sought was not provided to me and I was not getting responses within a reasonable time following multiple emails and phone calls. However, after posting a review of the bad experience online, the relevant person from management got in touch, said he had reviewed the phone calls and undertook to provide a full refund. Therefore, in the sprit of the undertaking (money not received just yet), I consider my poor experience was borne out of error and misunderstanding, which the manager said he planned to also address.
Rapid did a building report on a property we are purchasing. The report came back and shocked everyone involved in the sale. There was multiple ‘major’ defects listed, in actual fact they are not after having a second inspection engineers report. We lost so much time because of rapids ridiculous report, and in cured another 1600 in reports to actually show the TRUE state of property. We were also informed by a realestate agent that Rapid Building had FAILED multiple building inspections.
I have booked rapid building inspection on all stages of building construction and very satisfied with the work carried out by inspectors . I would highly recommend this company. My building inspector MICHAEL STEFAN who is looking after my house is very professional and very focused on his work . With his work finding defects and following up with work rectification is excellent and very professional .Highly recommended
Michael Stefan helped us with our building inspection during stage 3 lockdown. He was very professional. I work really long hours and could only contact Michael after 8pm. He is very accomodating to his clients. His report was very detailed and thorough that showed major structural defects. We used the report to withdraw from the property purchase contract. His report was sufficient to support our property purchase dispute court case. His report held up in court. After Michael completed the building report and found out about our legal battle, he checked up on us to see if we were ok and whether he could help in any way. He provided us with an addendum for the court case. Michael goes above and beyond for his clients. Thank you Michael Stefan!
Highly recommended their services. I highly recommend Micheal Stefan a trustworthy inspector. He had done a complete inspection of all 4 stages and helped me to get rectified defects .I was not familiar to the constructions in the begining he explained me thoroughly and I have a piece of mind as a property I am going to living in free of major faults.
