Absolutely worst company i have had the displeasure of dealing with, prolonged my claim for as long as possible causing undue stress and grief. Doubt they have ever heard of the term "Customer Service". Absolutely no empathy towards a customer thrown out of their home at all. In fact not once did the person dealing with my claim return my phone calls and this is over nearly a 2 month period
