I am completely over having 9 phone calls a day, it is extremely disrespectful and im completely over it, this is un called for yes I get it people owe money but harassment is probable course for a LAW SUIT! and that is the point I am getting to. if I get another phone call I from rude inconsiderate workers I will loose my mind at the person at the other end of the phone, plus id like to know why when I've been paying weekly why my debit seems to be going up instead of down! you don't seem to want to answer my emails so ill put it here for everyone to see.
They called me, I called back. They were very unhelpful in providing me any information what it was regarding. But, requested information from me.
I know a debt collection agency isn't going to give a single care about a negative review but whatever. Probably just get lumped in with someone who 'doesn't pay debts' But seriously, these guys have chased me for a debt I'm already paying a different company for numerous times. I have informed them a different company is handling the debt and when I do tell them they say they will look into it. Despite this they have contacted me again and are still trying to get me to pay for a debt I'm already paying. I don't think they looked into it at all and just go through the motions. I don't know what these guys are doing but they seriously need to get their act together. It's unacceptable that they are trying to pressure me into paying money for a debt that is being handled by a different agency. It's stressful especially while COVID-19 is ongoing to have people trying to squeeze even more money out of you, especially when they don't have the right to take it but act like they do.
Accidentally transferred 100 to this company instead of to my parents for a private loan as I had their bank details saved in contacts. Tried to contact them many times to get the money returned and never got anywhere. The line quality is so terrible it makes it really hard to hear what they are saying (where are you based?!.) and the “customer service reps” have lousy English which makes it hard to effectively communicate. Not surprising really for a debt collection company but disappointing since it doesn’t need to be this way.
I don't like the idea of \u200b\u200bmirroring citizens for citizens in roles of top-class intellectuals in areas of technical or precise response to customer complaints and / or technical needs. For example, when Salmat is sold, public transport or other contracts are maintained and staff kept. A timely sale with a 5-year contract can be viewed as a tender round to evade and or fulfill the competition. One would wonder, Salmat has sold the call centre with government tenders like public transport to Probe and without control or decision-making to daily operations for a sum, thus without the government tender re-advertised for equality in fair competition.
Like the other lady below, this company tried to defraud my small business by making purchases. Luckily Stripe declined the payment. They blocked me on social media. I’ll be filing a fraud alert with Stripe and my bank.
