Fantastic service! These people truly deserve a shout out. I had no idea what sort of frame to buy for my photos. At around 8pm on a Friday night they had a friendly helper Samantha on the site who explained exactly what I needed. I picked up my frame from their store a week later and they had printed my photos and placed them perfectly inside the frame. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. Very happy customer.
This was the first time I had bought picture frames through an online store. What a pleasant experience it was. As I was working out how to place the order, a friendly note popped up asking if I needed assistance - which I did. Samantha helped me through the order process and provided suggestions on what might look good for the prints I had. I ended up buying three frames and they were delivered within the week. The follow up service was also very impressive. I am so pleased with the quality of the frames and the customer service. I will definitely be back again to but frames through Mahoneys.
The service was great, personal, and very helpful. My only issue is that the order confirmation doesn't include the details of your frame if you order a custom frame--not color, size, or anything--only that you ordered a custom frame and the price you paid. This only turned out to be an issue because I mentioned in the online chat help that I wanted a black frame but changed my mind and ordered blue. The online form didn't confirm this, but I ended up with black when I picked up my order. This was actually a better choice for my photograph, but a bit confusing because I couldn't personally confirm what I had ended up selecting. Overall, I would definitely continue ordering from here; I would just make sure to confirm the details.
i love my frame!! The timber and craftsmanship is beautiful, exactly the authentic look I was after and the customised option allowed me to get exactly the size I needed, it fits my picture perfectly. Great turnaround time and I received an email when my frame was finished and ready to be delivered. Highly recommend these guys.
