Always friendly and helpful. Prices are good. Pharmacists always seem calm unlike other big name pharmacies who have staff that are overworked and overstressed. They're always happy to put more time into your prescription.

Don’t bother coming by before you go to work. I can’t push my schedule back to wait for the pharmacy to open. They were not open at their posted time. I should have gone elsewhere!
One of the members of the staff is very rude and unhelpful, her answers are rude and she speaks to you like if she is angry. To be honest if she is upset she shouldn’t be working there in customer service. I lost 20 minutes there and she didn’t resolved my issue and treat me very badly and told me to go and look for another pharmacy. I could have done that since the beginning of she was not willing to help. Someone should address this, my husband went there the other day and he also comment she was really rude. And even asked her if she was in a bad mood and she said she had a busy week. I do not think that is an excuse to mistreat customers. I also work in customer service and sometimes you need to put a nice face and give a good service even if you are not feeling like that, is part of the job. The rude girl is the one on the right, curly hair. I am not saying it is all the staff but they should address this situation.
Wow the Pharmacists and staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. I had things explained to me about my scripts that no one has ever gone over with me before. The price cutting warehouse places don't offer service like they do here, I hope people realise supporting local pharmacies like this one is very important otherwise sure you will get things cheap but who knows if it is safe for you. Great service, great products and a pleasant visit is what you get at Pharmacy 517
I have been going to this pharmacy for years and I have always been extremely happy with the service that has been provided. The ladies are so lovely and give me very personalised advice for my medicines every time. When I bring a list they go and collect everything I need for me. I am looking forward to this month's visit :)
Great little chemist, close to local GP, hospital and specialist offices, lots of public transport close by.

Arguably the most expensive chemist in Melbourne. I pay 7.50 elsewhere for my medication, but here it's 18. That's more than double elsewhere. Poor service as well.
